What You’ll Be Doing
- Support internal users by providing high-quality local and remote technical assistance to ensure business continuity.




- Coordinate digital requests through ticket follow-ups and collaboration with global IT groups for timely solutions.
- Drive local initiatives by tracking IT projects and supporting the execution of site-specific technological tasks.
- Optimize workflows using your skills in PowerApps and Database management to improve internal digital tools.
- Collaborate with partners and external vendors to ensure hardware and software services meet our operational standards.

What We're Looking For
- Foundational IT Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and basic networking to troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Technical Curiosity: Basic knowledge in development (PowerApps, DB) and a strong desire to learn and apply new technologies.
