Position SummaryWe are seeking an Electromechanical Technician to perform hands‑on maintenance activities and ensure production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role requires strong technical skills in electrical systems, mechanical components, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment diagnostics.
This position will work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and support operational excellence across the plant.
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
- Support equipment uptime by identifying root causes of failures and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Maintain, adjust,



and repair motors, sensors, controls, drives, relays, switches, conveyors, pumps, and related components.
- Follow all Parker and plant-level safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and safe work practices.
- Partner with production teams to support daily operations and respond to equipment-related issues in a timely manner.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, parts usage, and equipment conditions accurately.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with manufacturing standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance practices and equipment performance.
