Model multimodal transportation solutionsModel multimodal transportation solutions (road, intermodal, cross-border, LTL/FTL, last mile) considering market trends, commercial opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Business Cases and Commercial ExpansionPrepare comprehensive business cases for new investments, including modeling of CAPEX, OPEX, revenue, margins, EBITDA, and economic return. Develop investment memorandums for expansion projects, new services, technology adoption, and efficiency initiatives.



Act as a strategic partner to the commercial organization, supporting complex proposals, RFPs, and negotiations with regional customers.
Project Management and ImplementationsLead transportation development and expansion projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, with clear definition and tracking of operational and financial KPIs. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, Commercial, Finance, IT, Legal, Procurement) to ensure integrated execution. Structure implementation plans for new services, new countries, new partners, and post-acquisition integrations.
Automation, Technology, and Operational EfficiencyIdentify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process optimization (TMS, visibility platforms, control tower, routing, tracking, billing). Prepare business cases for technology adoption, including ROI analysis, operational impact, and implementation roadmap. Develop analytical tools and simulation models to sup
