Following the recent soft launch of DiDi Premier in Mexico,



our team is shifting from traditional compliance enforcement to building a world-class, identity-driven service culture. The Premier Channel Manager operates at the core intersection of Account Management and Supply Development. Inspired by the high-velocity operations of DiDi Food and the quality governance of DiDi China, this hybrid role moves away from static desk routines to act as a true "Farmer" in the field. You will own the localized relationship layer, transforming abstract service standards into real-world experience consistency across our driver and fleet partner ecosystem.
