Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Coordinate site payroll administration processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Serve as the primary liaison between the site and payroll teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries




- Act as the site-level liaison between employees, union representatives, plant leadership, and Human Resources to support positive labor relations
- Coordinate employee communications, meetings, workforce-related actions, and follow-up activities with employees and union representatives
- Manage site training programs, training matrices, qualification records, and compliance with mandatory training requirements
- Support onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding activities, employee documentation, and workforce administration processes
- Coordinate employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and workplace culture initiatives
- Maintain workforce records and prepare reports related to payroll, attendance, training compliance, and headcount metrics
- Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and administrative procedures
