Job Description
The Customer Care provides foundational support to the Customer Care team by handling basic customer interactions, order entry, and administrative tasks. This role focuses on learning core processes, understanding product lines, and developing problem‑solving skills under guidance from more senior team members.



This position serves as the starting point for a career path within Customer Care, building the operational knowledge and customer service expertise needed.
