Role Purpose
We are looking for an IT Sourcing Analyst to join our Integral Sourcing team in Monterrey (Obispado). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in procurement or vendor management who wants to deepen their exposure to IT sourcing across software, hardware, telecom, and cloud services. You will support end‑to‑end sourcing activities, working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost‑effective procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support sourcing activities across IT categories, including software, hardware, telecom, cloud, and IT services
- Assist in RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ), including documentation, bid analysis, and supplier comparisons




- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, timelines, and technical specifications
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, due diligence, and documentation processes
- Maintain and track contracts, renewals, and sourcing milestones
- Manage procurement documentation (purchase requests, SOWs, contracts) ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support pricing analysis, benchmarking, and sourcing recommendations
- Maintain data in procurement systems and reporting tools
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, controls, and audit requirements
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to support sourcing initiatives

Experiences/Education – Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or supply chain
- Basic understanding of sourcing processes
