SAP is hiring an early career professional to learn and gain experience on the overall function of a corporate Human Resources Department (People & Cultures P&C;).

Position title: People & Culture Local Services – SAP Next Gen

Location: Monterrey, Mexico

Duration: Temporary – 18 months contract.

Expected start date: August to September 2026

The early career professional will sit next to Human Resources Team and learning day to day basic tasks such as:
- Face to face interaction with employees, managers, internal and external stakeholder.
- Support to daily HR Services activities: Employee Folders, Employee Personal Data changes in systems, Global Projects, Contractual Changes, Time & Absences, etc.
- Lead and implement different HR global and local initiatives.
- Be aware about local policies to deliver a good experience to the internal customers.
- Be responsible of all tasks about Onboarding and Offboarding process.
- Provide 1:1 consultancy on local HR policies, acting as a second-level c
