For our plant in Monterrey, we are seeking a high‑impact Supply Chain Manager to lead our end‑to‑end supply chain strategy and ensure an efficient,



cost‑effective and customer‑focused flow of materials, products and services. This role is key to driving optimization, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.

Reporting to the General Manager of Monterrey Plant and functionally to the North America Supply Chain Director, you will manage a multidisciplinary team, including Import/Export Supervisors & Coordinators, Senior Direct Buyers, Planners, Customer Service Executives, and a Warehouse Coordinator.

Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Design and lead sourcing strategies ensuring on‑time availability of critical materials.
- Optimize logistics, distribution, and internal/external delivery performance.
- Oversee inventory levels, implement rotation policies, and reduce obsolescence.
- Negotiate with key suppliers to secure favorable terms in cost, quality, and lead times.
