Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who has a passion for creating digital products and services that create value for our clients. You are as passionate about creativity as you are about human-centred design and human outcomes, and experience of working across responsive web and mobile apps for recognizable brands.

You will work across every stage of the product lifecycle from early-stage innovation, through to optimizing performance, to reinventing existing products and services to drive better outcomes for our clients, their employees and their customers. You will approach the work you do and the way you work with intelligence, imagination, drive and humility.

What You Will Be Doing
- Own end-to-end design execution across key product areas,



translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clean, modern, and intuitive experiences, particularly simplifying complex, data-heavy applications into usable and elegant solutions.
- Contribute to team excellence by participating in critiques, sharing knowledge, and proactively improving design processes while maintaining a high bar for polish, usability, and clarity in complex product environments.
- Apply human-centered design methods—including research synthesis, interaction design, and prototyping—to solve complex user problems, with a forward-thinking approach to incorporating AI-driven capabilities into user experiences.
- A hybrid designer with a foundation in design research, UX, interaction and visual design, and particular strengths in one or two of these areas.
- Working independently or collaboratively with other designers in a demanding Agile environment
