WORK MODEL: Full-time, Remote

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for the OnBase ECM system.

• Resolve issues related to document imaging, workflow, indexing, user access, and system performance.

• Work closely with end users and IT teams to diagnose problems and apply fixes or patches.

• Maintain system uptime and ensure smooth integration with connected business applications.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong knowledge of OnBase configuration, diskgroups, and Application Server administration.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in English.
