DescripciónResponsible for planning, coordinating, and executing preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, availability, and performance. The role supports standard Preventive Maintenance (PM), Overhaul programs, and Machine-to-Machine Variation (M2MV).



This role focuses on restoring and maintaining equipment to baseline operating conditions, validating performance against established standards, and identifying sources of variation that may impact quality, throughput, or equipment availability.
Responsabilidades
- Execute and document scheduled preventive maintenance activities according to established maintenance plans.
- Coordinate and ensure timely completion of equipment Overhaul activities.
- Support and perform Machine-to-Machine Variation (M2MV) studies to maintain process consistency and equipment standardization.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and restore mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems during maintenance activities. Identify and address potential equipment issues before they impact production.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and equipment history.
- Track completion of corrective actions identified during PMs, audits, and equipment eval
