**Job Summary**
- Responsible for preparing accurate RFQ packages by analyzing customer requirements, technical documentation, and structured BOMs.
Acts as a liaison between sales, engineering, and materials to ensure timely, accurate quoting that supports business growth and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze customer RFQs, drawings, and specifications to develop BOMs for quoting
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production to obtain cost data
- Clarify technical and documentation requirements during the quoting process
- Track quote status and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in quoting, technical sales support, or document configuration
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and EMS manufacturing processes
- Proficient in Excel with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills High School Diploma or GED required (EMS or cost accounting experience preferred)
- **Advanced English.
