We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst, Health & Welfare to support the execution, optimization, and governance of health and welfare programs across the Americas with a focus in Mexico operations.

This role will serve as a key operational partner within Rewards Services, responsible for administration of benefit programs in Mexico, process design and continuous improvement. The analyst will play a critical role in ensuring scalable, efficient, and compliant delivery of benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
Health & Welfare Administration
- Support end-to-end administration of Health & Welfare programs including Food Coupons, Food Voucher coupons and related offers; ensure seamless execution of ongoing operations and annual cycles
- Partner with HR Digital Services, Payroll, Operational Excellence,



and external vendors to maintain accurate and timely program delivery; partnership with other HR Pillars as necessary
- Ensure benefits programs are administered in compliance with global, regional and local regulation s
- Proactively identify and close compliance gaps through process improvements and controls
- Maintain documentation, audit readiness, and governance frameworks

Vendor Management & Oversight
- Act as primary day-to-day contact
- Drive issue resolution, escalations, and continuous service improvements
- Ensure operational roadmap is built, maintained and properly executed

Process Design, Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Design, document, and implement scalable and automated processes across health & welfare administration
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and manual dependencies, and implement solutions
- Leverage tools (Excel, HRIS, workflow tools) to streamline operations and improve accur
