dedicated to building a rational courier ecosystem that ensures sufficient delivery capacity for the platform while providing differentiated Product-Market Fit for couriers.

This role serves as both thearchitect and driver of the courier structure, designing and implementing diversified courier models tailored to different business phases and courier needs, thereby maximizing user experience and courier retention

Role Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
1. Structure Design & Planning

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business strategy, market trends, and the courier ecosystem to understand evolving supply structure needs across different business phases (e.g., growth, maturity, new market expansion).
- Design diversified and differentiated courier models (e.g., full-time, part-time, dedicated delivery) along with their corresponding rights & responsibilities, incentive schemes, and growth systems to achieve precise supply-demand mat
