Job DescriptionResumen del Puesto El Ingeniero de Calidad de Planta II es responsable de apoyar y mejorar los sistemas de gestión de calidad en las operaciones de fabricación. Este rol asegura que los productos cumplan con los estándares de calidad internos y externos, promoviendo la mejora continua y la satisfacción del cliente.
Responsabilidades del Puesto
- Desarrollar, implementar y mantener procedimientos y estándares de calidad en la planta.
- Realizar auditorías internas y externas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de gestión de calidad (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc., según corresponda).
- Investigar y resolver problemas de calidad, aplicando metodologías de resolución de problemas (8D, 5 Porqués, Ishikawa) para identificar causas raíz e implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas
