**Key Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for achieving client objectives.
- Act as technical lead for analyzing the current SAP environment, defining the target architecture, and designing upgrade solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the SAP Basis team to execute solution designs.
- Review existing methods, tools, and processes, guiding the team to align with SAP best practices.
- Lead knowledge transfer sessions to prepare client support teams for production support.
**Technical Skills Required**:
With over 5 years of experience with SAP Basis, you must be proficient in the following technical skills:
- SAP Basis Administration
- Zero Downtime techniques
**Qualifications**:




- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Fluent in English (Advanced) B2 - C2
- Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, and a proactive attitude

- Remote work from Mexico
