Job Summary
We are seeking a **Senior Materials Planning Manage**r to lead and optimize materials planning processes, ensuring production continuity, inventory control, and on-time customer delivery.
This role plays a key part in maintaining supply chain efficiency and supporting business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead materials planning and inventory control activities.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Analyze demand forecasts, production schedules, and consumption trends.
- Drive inventory optimization and cost control initiatives.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Production, and Finance teams.
- Manage supplier performance and negotiate commercial terms.




- Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure ERP/MRP data accuracy and planning parameters integrity.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in materials planning within manufacturing (automotive preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and inventory management.
- Experience with demand planning, forecasting, and supplier coordination.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills.
