A Day in Your Life at MKS:This position will be reporting to the Sr Purchasing SupervisorPrincipal Responsibilities:Plan, schedule and monitor material movement through the production cycleEvaluate vendor reliability and develop solutions in case of material shortagesMonitor cost and consolidate contracts where required to create cost-effective purchasing modelsDevelop new supply sources where required to keep operations stocked and able to generate the desired outputActively maintain inventory and collaborate with operations to ensure appropriate stockRequired Skills:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceCPIM and/or APICS certification preferred2+ years of related experiencePhysical Demands & Working Conditions:Perform activities such as sitting, standing,
