IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY
Ensure implementation of process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES




- Provide the Global Process Owner with the necessary information for the creation of the "Process Design Guideline" to ensure integral standardization of processes.
- Ensure the standardization of equipment and processes in the manufacturing plants in Mexico.
- Provide the necessary information to the global process owner for the standardization of equipment globally.
- Optimize headcount, production floor and production output.
- Support standardize maintenance tasks for tooling and operating equipment.
- Develop and/or update master PFMEAs.
- Develop FMEAs as needed.
- Plan and implement reverse PFMEA and execute recommended actions.
- Apply continuous improvement projects (KAIZEN) to processes.
- Creation of line documentation: work instructions, flow charts (including cycle times per part numbers, line layout, etc).
- Construction of prototype samples as customer requirements for new programs and/or possible engineering changes, including raw material procurement and inventory.
- Support of standard of work
