ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a well-established integral manufacturer of consumer products seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at its Tijuana facility. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who is passionate about operational excellence, employee development, continuous improvement, and delivering world-class performance in a fast-paced production environment.

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.
- Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, quality, efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Ensure production schedules are executed on time while meeting customer expectations.




- Develop and mentor production supervisors and frontline leaders to build high-performing teams.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and improve key manufacturing metrics, including productivity, scrap, labor efficiency, downtime, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives throughout the operation.
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Planning, Human Resources, and Finance to optimize plant performance.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production, quality, and operational issues.
- Manage labor planning, staffing requirements, and workforce development initiatives.
- Support new product introductions and manufacturing process improvements.
