Lead residential and commercial solar installations, manage teams, logistics, materials, and solve on-site technical issues.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate crews and supervise installations.
- Conduct site surveys and system sizing.
- Manage inventory, purchases, and equipment rentals.
- Provide technical support to clients and handle inspections.
- Solve operational and technical issues efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in photovoltaic or electrical projects.
- Knowledge of solar systems (inverters, protections, wiring).
- Leadership,

- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
