We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Corporate Legal Counsel to be a part of the Legal Affairs Team.
In this role, you will be the legal partner to the company's Transportation Management Business, in Monterrey.
You will have the opportunity to develop creative, risk-based legal strategies that keep our business agile and effective.
You are an idóneo fit for this role if you are an inquisitive business-minded negotiator and problem solver, and demonstrate sound judgement in ambiguous situations.

- Provide general advice and counsel, to company executives and other senior business leaders, not only about the legal risks and terms of a transaction, but also on the business and financial aspects of it.
- Build a trusted advisor relationship with all your business partners.
- Structure, draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with strategic clients and suppliers.
- Oversee the management and evaluation of outside counsel.
- Define and implement strategies to comply with internal audit recommendations.
- Be a key lawyer for company's strategic projects.
- Report to the Financial Business Controller as the legal partner of the Business.
- Lead and develop a team of in-house counsels (2).

- You have a Law Degree from an accredited Law School and have 5+ years of experience in an in-house legal department of a multinational company.
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Spanish.

- You inspire confidence in your team and business partners with your legal and business acumen, and your ability to execute.
