Job Title: Press Lamination Engineer

Job Location: Central Offices, Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mex.

Objective: Supplier of world class door to processes and systems for Manufacturing (Press lamination, thermoforming lamination, foam injection small assemblies and flame lamination,



with Quality and safety designed in and while perform as best in class and at the same time make product that exceed customer expectations and improve company profit.

YOUR TASKS WILL BE

-
- Leads the Engineering teams from Fuentes and Zaragoza.
- Provides a clear vision as well as the necessary projects to the plant engineering departments to meet such and objectives, it also provides the team with the MTO vision, and the company's general vision of the right way and in a professional way.
- Implements the vision of Industry 4.0 & 5.0 in the company using automation for both processes and information, reducing the need for direct and indirect labor in all areas, with an attitude always looking out for the safety of employees and the company.
