Main Responsibilities

- Lead the overall business performance and sustainable growth of Kings League Mexico, identifying new opportunities to scale the ecosystem while ensuring long-term profitability.
- Own the national P&L;, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management to achieve business and financial objectives.
- Develop and execute the national business strategy in line with Kings League Global's vision,



leveraging local market insights, audience preferences, and cultural trends.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and high performance while ensuring strong alignment with Kings League General.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic commercial opportunities, including sponsorships, media rights, licensing opportunities, and partnerships with leagues, clubs, creators, and other key stakeholders to maximize revenue generation.
- Lead initiatives that accelerate audience growth, fan engagement, attendance, and community development, ensuring Kings League remains culturally relevant and continues expanding its fan base in Mexico.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across competitions, events, content production, and business activities, ensuring operational excellence and consistent execution.
