The ITAD (Information Technology Asset disposition) operations team in the WW Returns and Takeback Operations organization, is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the process of securing data, refurbishing and recycling devices,



reselling and recovery devices of used HP and Non- HP products. We manage our programs and processes on a day-to-day basis to ensure they meet HP’s legal and environmental obligations, quality, cost goals, and the needs of our customers. We are also responsible for developing and driving plans for continuous improvement, re-engineering our network and processes, and selecting the best suppliers and partners in the market to work with.
