We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join the MP&L; team, reporting directly to the ME Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring workstation ergonomics, planning and executing the annual efficiency plan, applying lean manufacturing tools, driving problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting production, quality, and cost objectives, as well as actively participating in new model launch processes.

This role is responsible for ensuring workstation ergonomics, planning and executing the annual efficiency plan, applying lean manufacturing tools, driving problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting production, quality, and cost objectives, as well as actively participating in new model launch processes.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate as an active member of the Local Ergonomics Committee.




- Conduct ergonomic evaluations of workstations and follow up on stations flagged as "red" and ergonomic complaints.
- Perform annual ergonomic evaluation of 100% of workstations.
- Define stations suitable for pregnant employees and individuals with disabilities.
- Conduct ergonomic evaluation of 100% of new projects involving station or process modifications.
- Plan, define, and execute the annual efficiency plan.
- Generate change proposals and present them to the Union and Human Resources.
- Coordinate with support areas (MP&L;, Safety, Maintenance, Systems).
- Develop and deliver the change management "booklet" on schedule.
- Follow up on rebalancing implementation once executed.
- Update Broadcast, e-tracker, and EPQS with every rebalance.
- Ensure workstation compliance with standards (92% total, 95% low option).
- Develop efficiency projects in SAP and present them to Finance/Controllership.
- Get involved in engineering changes affecting station layout or labor,
