The Role:
AMS, supporting Syneos, is hiring a Talent Community Specialist to build and activate always-on talent pipelines through proactive talent pooling, CRM engagement, and evergreen requisitions. This role sits within the Sourcing function and focuses on converting passive interest into engaged, hire-ready talent.
The Talent Community Specialist designs, grows, and optimises Talent Communities aligned to hiring needs,



reducing time to hire, improving pipeline quality, and strengthening candidate experience.
Key Accountabilities:
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in talent pooling, talent communities, or sourcing
- Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM platforms (e.g., Workday, Talemetry)
- Experience designing and executing candidate nurture journeys
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions
- Comfort working in a matrixed, enterprise environment
