Reporting directly to the Function Controlling Lead Region LATAM, you will ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial reporting and driving business performance.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead all financial controlling activities for the Mexico legal entity, ensuring compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Review and analyze financial statements,



balance sheet reconciliations, and key financial metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the Country Finance Manager (CFM) and senior leadership on key strategic financial initiatives.
- Act as a finance business partner to functional leaders, supporting decision-making, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
- Calculate and maintain Mexico CCC hub rates to for services provided to other countries, including annual rate-setting, ongoing monitoring, and periodic true-up adjustments, as required.
- Maintain a strong internal control environment and support internal and external audit activities.
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 2 finance professionals.
- Support regional and general finance initiatives and special projects, as required.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
