Position Summary
The Portfolio Operations Associate serves as the operational and commercial execution partner to Product Management, translating portfolio strategy into actionable tools, processes, communications, and enablement programs that support commercial success. This role coordinates product lifecycle activities, supports channel and commercial teams, manages portfolio-related requests, enables successful product launches, and drives execution across internal stakeholders.

Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Operations, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing, product operations, commercial operations, sales enablement, marketing operations, or related functions.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization.
- Strong project management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, Seismic, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office preferred.
