This role combines hands-on technical execution with cross-functional leadership, helping engineering, IT, cloud, product, and security teams identify risk, implement durable controls, and improve the organization’s overall security posture.The role operates with a high degree of independence, taking ownership of security outcomes and making decisions that impact systems, projects, and operational effectiveness. The engineer is expected to apply strong adversarial thinking, reason through ambiguous problems, and deliver scalable solutions across enterprise and cloud environments.The adecuado candidate has broad cybersecurity engineering experience, depth in one or more major domains,



and the ability to lead complex security initiatives without requiring direct management authority.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of security controls across applications, cloud infrastructure, identity systems, networks, endpoints, and enterprise and evolve core cybersecurity platforms, including integration, automation, and lifecycle management of security tooling and services.Develop and automate security tooling, detection logic, workflows, and validation processes.Build cohesive security capabilities by integrating systems, telemetry, and controls.Support incident response and investigations with technical analysis and remediation guidance.Identify vulnerabilities and drive remediation and improve secure engineering standards, architectures, and guardrails.Improve observability through logging, detection engineering, and monitoring.Apply threat modeling and adversarial thinking to strengthen defenses.Lead tech
