Responsibilities
You will be responsible for performing back-office tasks, which help the salesperson to spend more time with customer. This role supports sales in making tenders and orders, creating the order / contract / equipment in SAP and maintaining the customer data in CRM and SAP. The sales administration and support can also perform other tasks under supervision of the salesperson and sales manager.
- Administration and follow-up of the Order Book (OB).
- Creation, configuration, and maintenance of orders in SAP.
- Management and tracking of billing-related tickets.
- Registration and control of project-related letters and documentation.
- Monitoring and management of Service Repair (SR) cancellations.
- Preparation, monitoring, and updating of forecast reports.
- Calculation, validation, and tracking of incentive payments for technical personnel.
