The Senior Field Service Engineer Senior (Sr. FSE) repairs, maintains, calibrates and cleans instruments for Radiometer Mexico (RMEX). The Sr. FSE troubleshoots and diagnoses product problems in a timely manner, continues positive customer relationships and develops partnerships with Sales to aid in uncovering additional selling opportunities.
The Sr. FSE is a representative of Radiometer and has a proven strong sense of expertise in Radiometer products, services and capabilities and serves as a key educator to our customer business accounts, Sales Representatives and Field Service Engineers. Strong mentoring and trainer skills are needed to provide technical support for customers and employees from subsidiaries, distributors and integrators from Mexico and Latin America.
