The Role
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling successful transformation across Clarios by supporting change management, adoption, and workforce readiness initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Customer Experience, this position helps translate strategic initiatives into practical execution by ensuring employees, leaders, and stakeholders are prepared to adopt and sustain new ways of working.
The role supports enterprise Customer Experience initiatives, Customer Centricity culture transformation efforts, and other strategic programs by coordinating change activities that drive engagement, readiness, and long-term adoption across integral teams.
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
Change Management & Adoption
- Support the execution of Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies across enterprise initiatives and regions.
- Coordinate change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption programs.




- Ensure change activities are integrated into project plans and aligned with business objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
- Partner with project teams, business leaders, and transformation stakeholders to support effective change implementation.
- Develop and maintain communication plans, presentations, FAQs, leadership talking points, and other communication materials.
- Facilitate feedback mechanisms to understand stakeholder concerns and adoption challenges.

Training & Workforce Readiness
- Support the design, development, and deployment of training and enablement materials.
- Create job aids, toolkits, learning resources, and other readiness assets.
- Assist in organizing workshops, listening sessions, and engagement activities to support successful adoption.

Project Coordination & Governance
- Maintain OCM deliverables including stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness assessments, communication plans, and train
