About Extension e Com:We're a fast growing full service Amazon agency (grew 80% Yo Y in ****) led by an ex-Amazon employee that supports Amazon businesses growth through PPC advertising, SEO, Catalog Support, Reporting, Strategy, & more.Position Summary:We're hiring a full-time Amazon Brand Manager to serve as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for a portfolio of Amazon brands ranging from $0 to $10 M+ in annual sales.You will own the full client relationship — leading communications, running meetings, and developing growth strategies — while coordinating a cross-functional pod to bring those strategies to life.Your primary focus will be:- Owning all client communication across email, Slack, and meetings
- Running client calls and providing actionable strategic recommendations
- Delegating and overseeing execution across your pod (PPC, Marketing, Catalog, and Design)
- Driving profitable, sustainable growth for every brand in your portfolio

- Proven experience in a client-facing role (account management, brand management, or similar)
- Comfortable leading meetings and presenting recommendations with confidence
- Skilled at delegating across multiple team members and holding them accountable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative team player who can manage up, down, and acrossPay:- MX$650,000 - MX$700,000 annually (MX$54,166 - MX$58,333/mo)
- Pay is broken into a salary and a monthly bonus if the monthly churn for the client portfolio you support is less than 8.30%.
