Ensures internal and external customers' expectations and requirements are met.
Achieving and continuously improving customer service levels, and/or manage inventory levels and targets, and managing supply and demand within the Supply Chain.ResponsibilitiesLead cross functional stakeholders to develop and implement short and mid-term tactical improvements Complies with communication plans and processes to ensure stakeholders' needs are met.Analyze and interpret KPIs to identify areas for improvement and action plans.Mentor and coach supply chain planners.Create initiatives to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product systems, processes, and quality.Convert customer requirements into the order entry system with the appropriate shipping date based on customer demand and manufacturing capabilities.Coordinate with scheduling to ensure customer needs are met.Analyze production, load capacities,
