Position OverviewWe are seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with customer requirements and automotive quality standards.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing plant quality performance, managing quality teams, supporting customer and supplier quality activities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality within automotive production environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead plant quality operations, ensuring product quality, process compliance, and achievement of quality KPIs.Manage and develop quality teams while driving a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.Oversee customer and supplier quality activities, including issue resolution, audits, corrective actions, and improvement plans.Ensure compliance with automotive quality systems and standards, including IATF *****, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and SPC.Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using methodologies such as 8D and other problem-solving tools.Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain,



and Operations teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce quality issues.Support customer requirements, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering or related field.Professional Experience5+ years of experience in quality management3+ years of management experience (managing a team of 5 or more)SkillsFamiliarity with quality management tools such as APQP and understanding of IATF ***** system requirementsStrong leadership, team management, and decision-making skillsExperience managing quality metrics and driving continuous improvement initiativeExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilitiesLanguage RequirementsCandidates with strong experience working within general manufacturing organizations are highly preferred.Candidates with strong experience working in Automotive Components Industry are highly preferred.Candidates should be able to communicate professionally in Mandarin Chinese and at least one of the following languages: English or Spanish#J-*****-Ljbffr
