You will help ensure fast, high-quality IT support for employees and maintain accurate documentation.Working remotely from Tijuana in a hybrid setup, you will use TeamViewer and Intune to resolve Windows and iOS issues, manage onboarding/offboarding, and ensure SLAs are met across the biotech environment.
