Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedScrum Masterto lead Agile delivery for IT projects across application development, system integration, and enterprise platforms.
The adecuado candidate will be a servant‐leader who can coach cross‐functional teams, remove impediments, and ensure high‐quality, on‐time delivery of technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand‐ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and RetrospectivesCoach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices and ensure consistent adoptionPartner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlogRemove impediments and manage dependencies across IT and business teamsTrack and report sprint progress, velocity, risks, and delivery metricsFoster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountabilitySupport release planning, roadmap execution, and cross‐team coordinationWork closely with engineering, QA, Dev Ops, UX, and business stakeholdersEnsure compliance with internal IT governance, security, and quality standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



or related field(5)+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting IT projectsStrong hands‐on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience working on IT initiatives such as application development, cloud, data, or enterprise systemsProficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, Rally, or similarStrong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern IT delivery modelsExcellent communication, facilitation, and conflict‐resolution skillsPreferred QualificationsScrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent)Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, Le SS, Spotify, Nexus)Background working with distributed and cross‐cultural teamsExposure to Dev Ops, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Data platformsKey SkillsAgile Coaching & Servant LeadershipSeniority level
