Descripción De Las Funciones
Santa Fe, Engineering and Toluca PDC Wellbeing, Health and Safety (WHS) Manager position is responsible for leading wellbeing, health and safety activities, primarily ensuring the health and safety of employees and promoting the wellbeing of the employees in Stellantis.
In addition, serves as key advisor for locations on the implementation and management of wellbeing, health & safety initiatives designed to promote and achieve Proactive status in SIS Wellbeing, Health and Safety area.
The WHS Manager will report to "Mexico WHS Division Lead".
Job responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:Direct and implement wellbeing, health and safety processes designed to improve key performance metricsEnsure compliance to federal, state, provincial and local regulations, and Corporate Policies and ProceduresLead the Safety SIS Domain as applicableCoordinate Joint Health & Safety Committee at Santa Fe, Engineering & Toluca PDC locations.Direct and implement standardized WHS assessments and programs to address needed trainingAudit WHS processes and provide necessary follow up to ensure complianceOversee and implement root cause analysis of safety incidents/accidents and facilitate implementation of corrective action measuresOversee and implement requirements for new equipment programs with engineering/facilitiesLead implementation/integration of ergonomic processesManage and complete the timely submission of documentation, reports, permit applications, inventories and surveys to appropriate government and regulatory agenciesCoordinate Medical Services in the assigned locations ensuring Health Activities implementation and corporate & regulatory complianceCoordinate communication of WHS regulatory activity with plant and corporate leadershipDirect and implement/sustain ISO***** & ISO***** through E2 HS System.Support all shifts and work additional hours as requiredBachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, Science,



Chemical field or related fieldMinimum of 8 years Safety, Environmental, Engineering or related experienceStrong understanding and application of federal, state, provincial, and local safety regulations and requirementsEffective written and verbal communication (Spanish & English), excellent presentation skillsStrong leadership, analytical and problem solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite and /or other software applicationsMaster's degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering, Science or related fieldAutomotive or manufacturing experienceDescripción De Las Funciones
