OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee and coordinate production operations at our Mexico plant.
This role is adecuado for a hands-on leader with a strong engineering background and proven expertise in factory management, who is passionate about driving operational efficiency, ensuring product quality, and leading teams in a fast-paced international manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesOrganize and coordinate production departments to ensure completion of manufacturing tasks
Supervise employee operations to maintain standard procedures and product quality
Execute workshop production according to company plans to ensure on-time order delivery
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and fire protection regulations
Collect production data and prepare regular analysis reports




RequirementsMUST HAVE electrical equipment / power electronics / energy storage industry background
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation or related field
5+ years of production management experience
Excellent team management, communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in ERP/MES or other production management systems
Innovative thinking with strong execution and problem-solving abilities
