This role is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, building a pipeline from scratch, opening strategic markets, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesIt is critical to have knowledge ofautomotive plastics processesand the commercial dynamics with OEMs / Tier 1 suppliers
Actively prospect new customers within the automotive plastics industry
Generate and close new business aligned with the company's capabilities
Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth
Build relationships with key decision-makers (procurement, operations, leadership)




Lead negotiations and develop tailored commercial proposals
Work under pressure with a strong focus on results and aggressive targets
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, quality) to ensure technical feasibility
Desirable to have knowledge ofplastic injection and decorative painting processes
What We Are Looking For+5 years of experience in business development / sales within the automotive industry
Proven track record of closing deals and generating new accounts
Highly proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented profile
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Advanced English (mandatory)
Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
