Role Overview

You'll be the first point of contact in opening claims, drafting and sending letters, and gathering essential medical records.
Your work will directly support clients and providers, making a meaningful impact every day.

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (USA)Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:Opening new claims and initiating documentationDrafting and sending professional correspondenceRequesting and collecting medical records from providersCommunicating with clients and healthcare professionalsSupporting internal team processes with accuracy and timelinessWhat We're Looking For:At least one to two years of experience in legal rolesAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with document management systemsBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceStrong interpersonal skillsReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)Quiet, distraction-free remote work environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAttention to detail in all aspects of documentationAbility to work efficiently and prioritize tasksPositive and proactive attitudeTeam-oriented mindsetReliable and trustworthyDetail-oriented and thoroughEmpathetic and client-focusedWhat's In It for You?
