Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a DifferenceCoordinate site payroll administration processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulationsServe as the primary liaison between the site and payroll teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiriesAct as the site-level liaison between employees, union representatives, plant leadership, and Human Resources to support positive labor relationsCoordinate employee communications, meetings, workforce-related actions, and follow-up activities with employees and union representativesManage site training programs, training matrices, qualification records, and compliance with mandatory training requirementsSupport onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding activities, employee documentation, and workforce administration processesCoordinate employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and workplace culture initiativesMaintain workforce records and prepare reports related to payroll, attendance, training compliance,
and headcount metricsSupport internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and administrative proceduresWhat Makes You The Right FitBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in payroll administration, employee services, labor relations, workforce administration, or Human Resources support functionsKnowledge of labor regulations, payroll processes, personnel administration, and workplace policiesExperience working with unionized workforces or labor relations processes is preferredExperience coordinating training programs, employee records, and workforce documentationStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and administrative processesExperience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office applicationsIntermediate to advanced English communication skills, both written and verbalStrong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsHow Would You Stand Out?
