In this role, you will report to the Demand Planning Manager.You Will Make an Impact By:Organizes and handles a variety of logistics issues in a manufacturing environmentDuties involve but are not limited to supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousingEvaluates customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are metServes as liaison between sales and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge; provides data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement effortsCommunicate effectively and professionally with external and internal customersFoster a respectful and positive environment for both colleagues and customersUse Excel and other tools to develop customer deliveries based on their needs and MKS's abilitiesSkills You Bring:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years related experienceExperience working directly with customersExperience with Excel, Outlook and WordERP Experience (Oracle/SAP)This role requires excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Preferred Skills:APICS CPIM CertificationPhysical Demands and Working Conditions:Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of timeRegularly requires good manual dexterity and coordinationOccasionally moves/positions objects up to 20 poundsAbility to remain in a stationary position for 20% of the timeFrequently positions self to perform tasks and positions objects below, at, and above shoulder levelRegularly requires manual dexterity and coordination of objects below, at and above shoulder levelMust be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understandMust be able to exchange accurate informationOperates in a (professional office and/or laboratory/manufacturing) environmentConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machineryAbility to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)Noise level in the work environment is usually average#J-*****-Ljbffr
