Accounts Receivable Analyst (Order to Cash – L&S;) Ciudad de México | Modelo híbrido Maersk At Maersk, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Order to Cash (OTC) organization within Logistics & Services (L&S;) in Mexico City.
This role is ideal for finance professionals who want to grow their careers in a global company that is transforming logistics and supply chain management through integrated, customer-centric solutions.
The Accounts Receivable Analyst plays a key role in ensuring healthy cash flow, strong customer experience, and robust financial control , while supporting scalable and standardized OTC operations across the region.Execute end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities within the OTC cycle, in line with global SOPs and internal controls.
Perform accurate and timely cash application in coordination with Cash Application teams.
Manage collections activities for an assigned customer portfolio, including proactive follow-up based on aging, due dates, and agreed credit terms.
Prepare and maintain Statements of Account (SOA)
and support customer reconciliations.
Perform detailed account reconciliations, balance validation, and aging analysis.
Analyze and manage high volumes of transactional and financial data , identifying risks, trends, and root causes impacting DSO and overdue exposure.
Prepare AR performance insights , reporting on overdue balances, dispute pipelines, and collection effectiveness for AR leadership.
Collaborate closely with Credit, Fin Ops, Customer Service, Sales, Order Management, and Cash Application teams to drive coordinated outcomes.
Identify and support process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives aligned with Maersk's general OTC transformation.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and governance standards.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
