OverviewThe position As an integral member of the Customer Service team, you will serve as the driver of quality for customer inquiries and internal administrative functions.
You will be responsible for managing customer workflows and the day-to-day processes of Contractor Development.
Specifically, you will:Proactively service and support contractor/ supplier customersConduct training on software products via phone, web based and face to face meetingsParticipate in the implementation of sales and marketing projectsField incoming calls, handle contractor customer inquiries and troubleshoot problemsAssist with CRM testingHandle customer account management functions, including invoicing and collectionsProactively analyze customer service processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvementApply customer-centric consulting approaches to ensure the success of customer inquiriesWho should apply?
