About the RoleAs a Product Engineer, you support the development, validation, launch, and continuous improvement of HVAC products throughout their lifecycle. You collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations—to ensure successful product delivery and performance. You provide technical support for New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, engineering changes, product validation, and manufacturing readiness, helping to drive efficient and effective product implementation. You also build the technical expertise and leadership skills necessary to support your future growth into a Product Engineer role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of NPI projects from development through production launch.
- Participate in prototype builds, pilot runs, and launch readiness activities.
- Coordinate assigned deliverables with cross‑functional teams.




- Support risk identification and mitigation activities during product launches.
- Support implementation and tracking of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
- Evaluate impacts to Bills of Material (BOM), processes, tooling, and documentation.
- Ensure engineering records and product documentation remain current and accurate.
- Coordinate implementation activities with manufacturing and support teams.
- Analyze technical problems using structured problem‑solving methodologies.
- Support root cause investigations and corrective action implementation.
- Assist in improving product performance and reliability.
- Assist in execution of engineering validation plans.

RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Product Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), Sustaining Engineering, Man
