ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the whole Plant Controlling in Chongqing plant to ensure timely completion of monthly and yearly financial accounts according to IFRSResponsible for all Plant related Controlling areas and identify the weakness, potential improvement and guideline business on right tracker, including material, inventory, Capex and OPEX controllingResponsible for regional Business Units on all business topics e.g P/L result, Commercial analysis, Operative planning, monthly forecast and Capex ControllingTake responsibility and assistance in accounting processes: AP/AR overdue tracking, Assets and tooling, Taxation, preparation of statutory auditTax compliance, local tax and state tax calculation and forecast on monthly, DTA calculationStreamline customs and FICO process to align the export businessLocal plant assets management including transferring, physical counting etc.Leadership, guidance and development of the employees in local finance,
