We are looking for an experienced Analyst on Guest ledger or general accounting, the activities include, but not limited:
Bank reconciliations
Clearance and reconciliation several accounts.
Prepaid expenses, insurance, travel expense control
Monthly reports and recos, review trial balance
Assistance to the accounting manager on monthly closing
Assistance to audits internal and external – info to prepare
Support and attention internal and external audits
Provide good level of service to the internal clients
Experience on payroll on site entities.
Proactive identifying changes in legislation and application.
The following are requirements for the role:
On hands
Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting.
Experience in large HC (plus)
Minimum 4 years of experience in general accounting
Advanced English.
ERP Oracle - needs
Advanced Excel
Excellent communication and people skills
